Day 5! And loving it!

I couldn't be more jubilant!  I feel fantastic!

This cleanse is the most sensational thing I've done in a long while!  My past experiences with cleanses are The Master Cleanse and a Candida Diet (no sugar whatsoever -- no fruits, no wheat, no dairy).  My experience with the Master Cleanse (minus the salt water flushes), was I felt great during and after it but my teeth started turning mushy.  It was a depleting-style flush.  When I was following a Candida elimination diet, I felt my best-ever!  I dropped a lot of weight during the Master Cleanse, and was still feeling lean and mean during the Candida-awareness program.  I undertook this on the advice of a naturopath...and I was already weaning myself from sugar, as anytime I ingested anything with any form of sugar (even agave and the natural ones), my face burst into a flame -- instantaneous looking sunburn!
Though I'm still around food with my family,  don't find this juice feast difficult.  Woke this morning had an enema, a shower, and set to juicing.  On the advice of my friend Constanze, I tried juicing tomatoes.  The result: tomatoes, romaine lettuce, cilantro, lemon, and garlic!  Liquid salsa!  I can't get enough of it!  I just wish tomatoes were a bit cheaper this time of year!  I spent $16 on a bag of them yesterday!
I also juiced a watermelon!
Though juicing does take a substantial amount of time each morning...I view as my practice at this time!  The zen of Juicing!

Bron congrats on all this - it sounds amazing. I am inspired to try some kind of a cleanse myself, though I think this might be a little too ambitious for me.

I love reading your updates and great job on the blog! It's got to be easier writing entries than giving yourself an enema I would imagine.
