Wow! Two days away from the official end of THE GLOBAL JUICE FEAST...and I believe that I will likely continue past that date, as my ideal would be 108 days...however there are some indicators that it would be more intelligent to quit now: my cough is hanging in, along with a newly developed voice, as i've mentioned already. This experience should more accurately be described as my JUICE FAST, rather than my juice feast...these days I average about 2 litres a day, even having dipped down a few days to one per day. Not good, not good!
Today's discovery: pineapple and pear! The pear softens the edges of the pineapple! Lovely.
I'm going to post the latest photo of me -- hello! cheekbones!
