Yesterday was Day 64 and was a wonderful day with the opening of Victoria's weekly farm market: Moss Street Market! It was wonderful to go there with a big, empty basket and return with one heaped with fresh, LOCAL, organic greens! My discoveries were LIME MINT -- which I made into a juice combination of pineapple, celery, and the mint! Absolutely splendid! Celery somehow softens the pineapple.
Yesterday was also marked by our weekly JuiceLuck gathering, with the four of us still going strong: Robyn, Constanze, Ayrie and myself. The above video is the recording of yesterday's check-in.
I've still got my runny nose, but it's not diminishing my outlook!

Isn't that lime mint wonderful? I have some growing in my yard. I just love the mints. I have the lime, lemon balm, peppermint, chocolate mint, spearmint, wintergreen, candy mint and apple mint. I love to grab a piece every time I walk by and just smell it.
